An Easy Way To Cut Your Calories In Half Tonight

I know you'll be busy tonight, so I'll keep this brief.

I'm about 99% done writing my free e-book that I'll be giving you within the next week or so, and one of the tips I give you to lose weight during the holidays (or at least not GAIN weight) is this:

Instead of driving yourself crazy and trying not to eat ANY candy (which usually makes you binge and eat more) - simply cut everything in half.

If you want a candy bar - split it in half and only eat half. If you grab a handful of reeses pieces, put about half of them back.

It's really as simple as that.

I'm not the type of person that will tell you to eat perfectly all the time. Life is meant to be enjoyed, so enjoy it!

Just be smart about it, that's the secret.
