Cutting 100 Calories Has Never Been Easier!
December 15, 2007
If you aren't aware of this, 1 pound is the equivalent of 3,500 calories.

This means that for you to lose a pound of fat you have to burn 3,500 more calories than you consume.

I know it sounds like a lot, but it's much easier than you think.

I just found a great article that gives you 100 ways to cut 100 calories.

If you pick just 3-4 and stick to them for 10 days, that means you can lose a pound of fat.

Whoever said losing weight had to be hard? :o)

Here is the article - http://features.prevention.com/100calories/

I recommend printing it out so you can have a constant reminder.

Have a great weekend!
