5 Reasons NOT To Workout

Many people have come up with some kind of internal frame of thought in which they have excuses NOT to do various things.

This helps them cope with the fact that they're simply just lazy. It gives them an "excuse".

Here's my take on it though. Here are 5 reasons NOT to workout:

#1 - You might put on enough muscle that you'll need to buy new clothes.

#2 - A lot of people will start staring at you on the beach.

#3 - Your pants might start falling down on you.

#4 - You're going to have to listen to the phrase "Wow (insert name), you look great! What have you been doing?" over and over again.

#5 - You'll be so strong that your spouse might start asking you to do more chores and move heavier objects..

Now of course, that was meant to be a joke. There really are no true reasons why you shouldn't workout. They are ALL positive benefits!
