Eggs For Breakfast Do A Body Good!

If you're looking to drop a few pounds, no meal is more important than the first of the day.

What's even more important than just HAVING breakfast is what you actually eat however.

In a recent study published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition, 2 groups ate different breakfasts.

Group A had eggs for breakfast, while Group B has a bagel with the same amount of calories.

What they found was that Group A, the one which ate eggs for breakfast, consumed 330 LESS calories throughout the next 24 hours as compared to Group B.

That means if you do this everyday for a month you can expect to lose just about 4 pounds - JUST by eating eggs for breakfast!

The reasoning behind this is that the protein from the eggs helped the participants feel less full throughout the rest of the day, which is why they ended up consuming 330 calories less.

This one change can help you shed a few pounds a month, so try and implement it into your morning routine as much as possible.

PS - Make sure you don't load the pan with butter to make your eggs. I suggest either hard boiling them or spraying the pan with a non-stick spray that's butter flavored. Butter is one of the worst diet-killers out there.
