Fitness In Challenging Times
October 14, 2008
Hi

Welcome to the October Edition of Fitness-Made-Fun Newsletter.

We are living in interesting times and staying fit and healthy is more important than ever. What happened during the past few weeks in the United States, the Wall Street Crises, Banks going bankrupt and whole countries going bankrupt ...worries many.

This newsletter is not about politics or finances. Everyone has an opinion and you don't need to hear one more. After all you subscribed to this newsletter to hear news about fitness and health.

I believe, that what is happening can be used as a motivator to stay fit and healthy. Taking care of one self, their families and loved ones because no one else will do that for us.

The economic crises may be a great motivation to change habits since saving is important.

Cutting back on unnecessary expenses can start with replacing unhealthy habits with healthy habits. Smoking, excessive alcohol consumption and eating junk food can be replaced with eating fresh food and drinking fresh water.

Getting up in the morning and working out for a few minutes or more, will create a stronger body and clear the mind. For a few minutes all that exists is building a stronger body, breathing and clearing the mind.

For myself, working out is a time of taking care of myself and start my day relaxed without fear, doubt and uncertainty. No matter what is happening in the world this is my time to focus on myself and to improve myself.

Fitness and working out does not have to cost one penny. Fitness routines do not have to include expensive workout machines so there is no excuse. Whatever ones favorite routine is...is the right one. Make it fun.

During the past few weeks I enjoy doing isometric exercises and if you want to find a few free examples of isometric exercises visit my new pages on isometric training.
