How Do You Get In Shape Watching TV? November 07, 2007 |
| Now there's an interesting thought. Can you really get in shape watching TV?
Yeeeeeeep, you can - and it's easier than you think. All you really have to do is do very fast, quick workouts during the commercials. And considering that the average American watches 3 hours of TV per day (I'm not even sure how people do this), you can get much accomplished. You can do anything you want: Planks, jumping jacks, pushups, sit ups, hindu squats, jump rope, or anything else! Since there are usually about 3 commercials in each 30 minute show and they're roughly 2.5 minutes long, that's about 7.5 minutes of exercise for every 30 minute show that you can get a great workout in. Now consider doing that same thing for 3 hours! That's 45 full minutes of working out, not even including the times BETWEEN shows, that you can workout. Talk about having fun while working out. You get to watch your favorite shows and still get a workout in! All of this and more is explained in my new e-book I just finished writing. It's titled "How To Stay Fit Throughout The Holidays And Still Eat The Foods You Love!" and it's yours at no charge :) It's 38 pages long full of information you can use instantly, and will only take about 45 minutes or so to read. So take a night off one of those TV shows, and invest that time into your health by reading my new e-book. You can download it by going here - Lose Weight During The Holidays! I hope you enjoy it. I put a lot of time and energy into writing it so you can stay in great shape in the next 2 months. Jeremy PS - Do me a huge favor and pass this e-book along to your friends, co-workers, relatives, spouse, kids, or whoever else would like to use some simple daily disciplines to get in shape!
