In my last e-mail I talked about uphill fitness training and how high intensity interval training (HIIT) is the absolute best type of exercise you can possibly do.

To refresh, not only does it build muscle, keep your muscles from shrinking (cardio makes muscle waste away), and burn fat up to 9x quicker than cardio, but it takes about half the time!

But even though HIIT has all those benefits, it still seems that people are unwilling to give it a try.

And why is that?

Because of the words "high intensity". People take this to mean that they'll be panting on the ground like a dog after he just chased a deer through the woods.

High intensity interval training doesn't have to be that hardcore. If you want it to be, that's fine. I personally do it that way because I love the feeling, but most people don't.

You can do high intensity at your own level. It's STILL better than boring cardio.

The formula is this:

Do something strenuous enough that you're out of breath within 20-30 seconds.

Rest until you almost catch your breath (which will probably be about 30 seconds for most people), and repeat.

Do this a few times and you're done!

Now if you really want to kick things up a notch in your fat loss goals, I highly recommend taking a look at http://www.jeremyreeves.com/Recommends/Hill-Sprints

And again, hill sprints can be done at your own level. You don't even have to full out sprint if you don't want to, but this program is worth all the money just the same.

Add some HIIT into your workout and I can say with certainty that you'll start losing more weight easier.
