An Easy Way To Increase The Chances Of Living Longer!
December 06, 2007
If you've been a subscriber to this newsletter for awhile, you probably know by now how I suggest to do high intensity interval training in order to lose weight and gain muscle.

One thing you may not know yet is that when you do high intensity interval training, you increase the development of testosterone in your body.

Bodybuilders know that having a lot of testosterone in your body is critical for fat loss and muscle building.

This is especially true in women since they naturally have lower levels of it.

Well I just found a 10 year study involving 11,606 men that proved that having higher levels of testosterone in your body can help you live longer!

You can find the entire article here - http://www.reuters.com/article/healthNews/idUSN2640417920071126?pageNumber=1&virtualBrandChannel=0

However, I'm not advising you to take testosterone supplements, as I don't believe in taking anything unnaturally.

The best way to increase your natural levels of testosterone and therefore burn more fat, build more muscle, and live longer - is high intensity interval training!

Don't be scared by that word either. High intensity simply means high intensity "for you".

I might do sprints for a high intensity workout, but for you it might mean simply increasing your walk from 3mph to 5mph for 30 seconds (so you're huffing and puffing at a decent rate), then back to 3mph for 1 minute to catch your breath. Repeat this for about a mile and your workout is done!

The best resource I can give you for high intensity interval training and how you can get started is Turbulence Training.

The amount invested in the book is a SMALL price to pay for the increased energy, fat loss, and muscle building you'll receive by following his workout programs.
