Here's a video to show you that no matter what happens, no matter what problems you have, no matter how much you don't FEEL like training, there are NO excuses.

I don't care if your arm is broke. You can still do walk, jog, sprint, hill sprint, etc.

I don't care if you worked all day and you're "tired". Exercising will give you the energy you need.

Or in this guys case, I don't care if you don't even have fully developed arms and legs.

I have school today for 11 hours straight (today's the first day back).

I'm also already up BEFORE school doing work on a new website I'm building, which has pretty much nothing to do with this website but that's besides the point.

Guess what I'm doing as soon as I get home?

You got it. I'll be doing intervals of kick boxing and stationary bike sprints in my basement.

Then it's back to work for another 3 hours or so before I go to bed.
