Should I Do This Or No? - You Decide!
November 17, 2007
,

I would greatly appreciate it if you give me some feedback on a few questions.

Here's my dilemma:

As you might know, right now I'm not a certified personal trainer. Although I have the knowledge to give people programs, know what to eat, etc. - I don't have the actual certificate.

However, I was thinking of offering an online personal training service to folks at a great price.

Here are a few benefits you'd get if I was your online personal trainer:

*I would customize your workouts according to YOUR own unique goals.

*You would be able to leave me feedback on how the workouts are going, if you want to do other exercises, etc.

*Although it's online, you could print out exercise programs and take it with you to the gym if you go to one.

*You update your workouts and I can see exactly what you did, for how many reps, and any comments you might have.

*You'll be able to actually see animated figures performing the exercises you're going to do - so you know exactly how to do them. (There are about 1,500 exercises to choose from)

*I'll be able to track your progress regularly and make changes so you get the - so you won't be forgotten about.

*If I have you do an exercise and it's too hard or too easy - you can tell me to change it to make it easier or harder.

*You can keep track of your eating and nutrition habits.

The main difference between what I'll provide and what other online trainers provide is this: If you let me be your trainer, it will be 100% PERSONALIZED.

At the beginning you'll fill out some quick assessment forms so I know what you can handle and what level of fitness you're currently at.

Realize that if you pay a personal trainer in real life, they charge anywhere from about $40-120$ PER HOUR.

So with all that information, I have a few questions for you.

1) What would you pay for this amazing service?

2) Does it bother you that I'm not "certified"? Would you sign up with me if I was? Be honest please.

3) If you wouldn't pay to have a personalized online personal trainer, what are the reasons you wouldn't? What would make you WANT to sign up for it?

I ask that everybody please send me their remarks.

If I get enough responses, I might just be generous enough and give a few people memberships for $1 for a few months - so speak up!

Jeremy
