The Secret To Weight Loss..
December 20, 2007
If there is one secret to fitness that trumps them all - even over eating a great diet, it has to be sticking with a program.

If you don't stick with an exercising program, you WILL NOT lose weight - guaranteed.

If you do, and especially if you're trained by me, you'll have a much better chance of getting slim and fit.

But in order to stick with a program, you need to make it fun for you. After all, who wants to do something every day that they hate?

In fact that's probably why you're on this list - so you can learn how to make exercising more fun and therefore stick with it - right?

Well, I have some good news for you.

I'm currently writing my very first e-book that is going to blow you away.

It talks about numerous ways to make fitness more fun and how to stay motivated to workout (which is probably not a surprise, given my website name).

Now you might be thinking, "well isn't that what your website is about?"

My answer would be yes, but this book goes into WAY more detail than any parts of my website.

Now I'm not done writing it and probably won't be until the end of the year, but here are a few key points that I bring up:

-How to turn various "chores" into workouts

-How changing your mindset can mean the difference between be fit or fat

-Tons of different exercises that you'll probably LOVE once you try them

-Why short, intense workouts are the exercising of the future

-How to turn ANY situation into a mini workout

And of course their is much, much more.

I'm working feverishly to get this book done before New Years, and I really hope I can hit that goal.

I might even give you a free chapter so you can get a glimpse of what you'll be getting :o)

I promise you, this book will be a must-read for the upcoming year.

Don't worry about your past mistakes and shortcomings when it comes to fitness.

Instead, visualize what your body will look like after you stick with a program for years instead of days or weeks.

Jeremy

PS - Sorry I haven't been e-mailing you much lately. Between writing the book, picking up extra shifts at work to pay for Christmas, and other things - I've been working 12+ hour days.
