A Suggestion On How To Workout Christmas Week
December 23, 2007
Well the year is almost over, and that means Christmas is already upon us.

Houses are lit, Christmas trees are up, and the cookies are baking in the oven.

This week is probably one of the worst weeks when it comes to working out.

This week the most excuses will be made not to put in a workout.

For one, people will say "well I'll just get on track next week when the New Year starts"

And also, people will swear that they're too busy to workout.

So instead of making these excuses, I want you to take some responsibility in your life.

Make your workouts quick this week so they don't take much time.

5-10 minutes is all you need if you do them intensely enough.

Refuse to be the person who signs up for something and never does anything with it, or who reads a book and never takes action, or who makes excuses as to why they can't work out (hint: there is NO excuse in the world).

Be better than that - even if it's just a quick workout to break a sweat.

Jeremy

PS - Give yourself a gift this year and invest a little in your health by getting a copy of Turbulence Training where you can find plenty of short, intense workouts to do this week.
