This e-mail is kind of a doom and gloom e-mail but I feel I have to be honest with it because it's EXTREMELY important, so read up.
You probably think fat is just fat - right? WRONG! There are actually 2 main types of fat and today I want to tell you about the one that is likely to literally kill you if you have too much of it. One is subcutaneous fat which is directly under the skin, and the other is visceral fat, which resides mostly around your midsection. Visceral fat, if not taken care of immediately, can ruin your health faster than a plate of chocolate chip cookies for breakfast each morning. We've learned that fat isn't just fat anymore. There's a big difference. While subcutaneous fat (think flabby arms and double chins) looks bad, visceral fat does things like hardens your arteries, increases inflammation in your body, and little by little starts overloading your poor liver. Your liver then gives up and says "ya know what, you take it from here!" - and then you have a heart attack. I'm not saying this to ruin your day, but to let you be more aware of the damage this type of fat does. Well pretty much the same way you always get rid of fat, but I have an added twist for ya. You see, there's a special type of exercise that targets belly fat at a higher percentage than any other place in your body. Why? We're not exactly sure, but studies have shown that this type of exercise does in fact burn more from your stomach (where your visceral fat is) than from anywhere else. I can attest to this fact as well. When I heard of this type of exercise and started doing it, my stomach went down immediately. Check out this website to see this "secret" type of training that anyone can do I highly, highly suggest you start changing up your exercising habits a bit to burn more from your waistline. If you've ever wondered why so many young people have been dying from heart attacks, strokes, etc. - THIS is the reason. So take care of that reason and don't let it happen to you!
