What To Expect In 2008
January 02, 2008
I know this is a day late but I figured I'd send it now instead of yesterday because you were probably bombarded with messages and I didn't want to be "just another" in the pile.

I expect great things to happen in 2008, for myself as well as for you.

For one, I'll have multiple products launching this year. In fact, 2 of them will be just this month!

I'll actually start editing my first book immediately after eating breakfast this morning, which will be right after I'm done typing this e-mail.

I also expect the website to grow tremendously, probably tripling in size.

I expect my online personal training to be a success and that many of you faithful subscribers will realize the value of it and get in the best shape of your lives because of it.

More about that in a few days.

So how about you? What does your 2008 look like? Do you see good things happening, or bad?

There's no doubt that the majority of people on this list have made resolutions to lose weight. However, I want you to try something different.

Instead of making a goal that you won't keep, try doing a 30 day trial. This means that you would simply make it a point to stick with it for a full month.

This is something I've been doing for awhile and for some reason it works better than goals. Not sure why.

My 30 day challenge this month is to write 3-4 things I'm grateful for everyday. It's going to add up to 100 at the end of the month.

I'll also work on a project for at least a few minutes every single day. It might be small amounts each day, but it adds up after 30 days.

Try it out. It's a fun thing to do to motivate yourself and push yourself to new limits.

Have an incredible New Year,

Jeremy

PS - Why not kick off the New Year by making it a point to read something about fitness everyday for 30 days? I suggest starting by learning how to TRULY lose weight with The Truth About 6 Pack Abs
