If you're overweight at this point in your life, who do you blame for it?

There are very few people who take responsibility for their own lives.

Healthy food is too expensive, there's not enough time to exercise, I'm too old to exercise, I have too many joint problems to exercise, and the list goes on and on.

Around the world, and especially in the US, people are increasing becoming less responsible for their own lives.

If you already do take responsibility for your own life (health and otherwise), you should congratulate yourself.

If not, do your best to try and change your beliefs. After all, YOU are responsible for your health, your wealth, your happiness, and just about every other part of your life.

The next time you hear yourself making excuses for being overweight, not having enough money, or anything else you're unhappy about - do yourself a favor and just try taking responsibility.

It feels great and you're much more likely to change that behavior.

Have a great weekend and enjoy the extra time off from work to spend with your families,

Jeremy
