The Man Behind The Scenes of Fitness Made Fun!

If you've come to this site in search of information about making your fitness regime a little more fun, you're at the right place. I've put many, many hours into making this the best and most factual website for my visitors as possible, and I'm not even close to being done!

I have a strong interest in giving my visitors the most factual and interesting information, so if you have any questions about anything or don't think somethings correct, please feel free to ask. Anyway, here's a short bio:

My name is Jeremy Reeves and I'm the owner of this website; www.fitness-made-fun.com

I'm 21 years old at the moment and currently enrolled in college at Misericordia University, taking Psychology as a major.

I'm also going to get certified as a personal trainer as soon as I can come up with the money and the time to complete the training.

Although I don't think it will take much time because I already know probably as much as any trainer!

Since roughly 19 years old I turned my attention to increasing my financial status. I refuse to be stuck in the rat race like most of the people I know. Instead of spending my time doing unimportant things each day, I try to work as hard and as smart as I can so my financial status will be secure by the time I have a family.

I'm also very deeply involved in personal development. I set goals for myself each day, read dozens of books on just about anything you can think of, make myself consciously aware of my thoughts and actions, and each month I do a "30-day experiment" in which I refrain from doing something (such as watching TV) for an entire month. Sometimes though I just add something to my daily activities, such as giving my girlfriend a compliment every single day.


I made this website because I wanted to share my love for fitness with others, and educate them about the various aspects about it as well. Please take a minute to read how I built this website using Site Build It!

I don't mind though because it keeps me from watching TV and doing things that most other Americans are getting fat doing. I'm a very big health advocate (obviously), and work each day to make myself healthier - physically, mentally, and emotionally as well. I also have a fitness newsletter that I think you'll enjoy. This newsletter is titled "Fitness Made Easy" and it will contain fitness tips and advice in simple layman's terms.

I won't get technical so it's easy to understand, but the information given will be priceless and will help you achieve your fitness goals much faster. I've been studying fitness and nutrition since I was about 14, so I have quite a bit of knowledge in the subject.

You'll also learn many personal stories about me because I don't like to hide anything. If I do something wrong, you'll know. I'll tell you the mistakes I've made so you won't make those mistakes.
