Bodyweight Exercises For My Body!

I like push ups, pull ups, and other great all round compound exercises.

I am just starting on hindu squats and other lower bodyweight ones.

Long live human beings and our marvelous bodily machines!

Jeremy's Comments - I'm glad to hear you're starting on the lower bodyweight exercises, they're just as important as the upper even though the upper is more for "show" :o)
