Dear Readers,
My name is Eric. I'm from a little town in Northeastern Pennsylvania. I grew up playing sports so i always had to be at my best.
The best ways i found to do this would be running up hills at full speed for short amounts. Thats also only because i was to young to start out in a gym i needed to give my muscles time to develop.
By doing natural exercises for my legs and upper body i gave myself the strength to have a good heads up when it came time to strength train and power lift.
Along with all of these exercises in a gym which was located next to a track and field I loved more than anything to do bleachers. If you don't know what they are, they are probably the best strength enhancing exercise for your speed, agility, and also your distance.
If you ever wanted to tone like I did also, you just take half the bleachers and do your exercise at half speed. I ended up becoming the fastest kid my Sr. year at a pretty large school and also an avid hockey player which pretty much takes the strongest legs of them all.
Baseball was one of my better sports also but i caught for a long time and it took a toll on my knees. Thats why I'm saying if you do these all right, you can build more muscle and less stress and tear on your joints.
So my main story would have to be uphill sprints and bleachers which build true muscle and tone your body more than you can imagine. Thanks for listening in and so you know, if it worked for me, it can work for anybody.
