You're missing out on being able to spend more time with your family, more time to get work related jobs completed, and less time in your car!

To exercise at home you really don't need very many fitness machines, although if you have the money and the correct fitness levels, they can help tremendously.

When I went from working out at a gym to doing it from my own house, I was pleasantly surprised. I used to hate going to the gym, but once I started working out at my house, I loved it!

The exercises are quicker, more fun, and for me - they produced more of the results that I was looking for.

I want a combination of strength, endurance, and flexibility. I get all of these and much more when I work out from home, and most of my workouts are finished in less than 20 minutes!

To start off, I'm going to ask you to look at my article I wrote to explain why I think a home fitness workout can be much more effective than going to a gym.
