What Are The Health Benefits Of Aerobic Exercise?
The health benefits of aerobic exercise should be enough for anybody to start working out.
You will see these benefits a little later on this page, but first let us go over exactly what aerobic exercise is.
Simply put, aerobic exercise uses large muscle groups to get the heart rate up to a certain level, where it is held for a certain period of time. If you have heard about the "target zone", this is what they mean.
You are overloading the heart and lungs for a certain period of time, and then letting them rest completely when done. If you do an exercise for a sustained period of time, it is considered aerobic. If it is done in intervals or in short bursts, like sprinting, it is considered anaerobic.
Although I only rarely perform aerobic exercises because I like to keep my workouts short and sweet, and I like to actually have fun while working out, I would suggest it to those folks who are out of shape and just starting a workout program. I will also take a jog every once in awhile just for a mix up of things. I love to mix it up and never let me body get used to anything. One thing I love to do is to go trail running. You probably already know that I get bored easily. Well, I am not a big fan of jogging but I love to run trails!
Here Is A List of The Health Benefits of Aerobic Exercise

In fact, doing a mix of them both will bring even greater benefits.
