I admit, one of the hardest things about staying in shape and keeping fit is eating.
I have no problem working out, due to my methods of doing it, but eating healthy is always harder for me.
It's important to have a list full of healthy recipes that you can use at any given time because with them, you're probably going to start eating junk food.
That's why I decided to make this page. It's going to simply be a page where people can submit their favorite healthy recipe and get the credit for it!
