La Weight Loss Diet Plan - The Pro's And Con's
If you were considering purchasing the la weight loss diet plan, please read this page first before you make a decision. It may save you a whole lot of money, and hopefully you can thank me for it. The reason why it might save you money is because from many of the stories I've heard, the folks at the LA weight loss center will literally lie to you in order to get a sale. Why is this? Because they're in sales, and they're getting a commission for each person they sign up. You can't really blame them though. Some people just don't have a conscious and can go to work everyday and lie to people without it affecting them. Is The LA Weight Loss Diet Plan Good?
Before going on too much about the cons of this program, let me first say that the actual program itself isn't too bad. Instead of sticking to an extremely strict diet such as "no carbs" or "no fat" - they mix it up. This is great because that's how people should be eating. Another good thing is that you get some pretty good support and consultations, which are a great thing to have if you want to lose weight. That's why my online personal training is so valuable to my clients. They get ongoing support and I answer any questions they have! Another good thing about it is that they have an online account where they can go to see various things like nutrition plans, goals, etc. But..no program is perfect. In fact, the la weight loss diet plan is far from perfect. What's Wrong With It?
Right now I'll admit that I've never personally gone through the process to start this diet. However, from comparing dozens of different diets and weight loss programs I've come to understand what makes a program good, and what doesn't. One thing I don't like very much about this program is the price. Although they will lie to you and tell you it only costs in the low hundreds, from what I've heard people say the average price actually comes out to be about $1500-$2000 for a 30 week program. That's a lot of money! Another flaw in this program is that they push you to buy their "special protein bars". Now I don't know the ingredients to these bars but I can assure you that I'd find at least one or two ingredients that are harmful to your body - minimum. I can make homemade protein bars for much less money and have all natural ingredients in them, instead of God knows what. So Who Would It Be Good For?
One thing I'll admit is that if you have the money to stick with the program, you probably will lose weight. However, I'm not sure how many families can afford an extra $1500-$2000 every 30 weeks. The la weight loss diet plan would be great for someone who doesn't care about the money. If this is you, then great. If you've tried everything else and nothing seems to work, then maybe it will. It's also for those who aren't knowledgeable enough to create their own nutrition and workout programs. However, I'll give you a little tip. Instead of spending $1,500, spend just $80 and get these 2 books below: The Truth About Six Pack Abs and Turbulence Training. By purchasing these 2 books you'll be armed with more than enough knowledge to know exactly what you need to eat and what types of exercises you need to be doing. Another thing you can do is sign up for my online personal training and spend the equivalent of 1 cheap meal per month. I'll give you personalized workouts made specifically for you. I'll also give you access to numerous articles, tips, and recipes that I've written so you can learn about mental training, nutrition, and various other subjects. Plus, your workouts are updated almost daily so you always know exactly what to do. No figuring out how many reps or what exercise to do - I do it all for you! No matter what you do, just do something. Get started right now and make it happen. You'll be glad you did.
