Leg Exercises with an Exercise Ball

My favorite leg exercises use my exercise ball.
Most often, I sit with my back on the floor and my legs bent over the ball.
From this position, I either lift my hips and abdomen off of the floor, pressing down on the ball with both legs, or execute the same maneuver with one leg lifted into the air, alternating legs.
Also from this position, you can squeeze your legs around the ball, lifting it from the ground.
All of these provide a great workout for my legs, but it often looks a bit awkward when my husband walks in and sees me holding the ball in the air with my legs.
