Leg Push

This one is a great way to workout and talk to a friend at the same time.

How this exercise work is you lay with your back flat on the ground with your legs straight in the air.

Your friend tries to push your legs down by pushing on the bottom of your feet, while you try to keep them straight up.

This one takes a bit of work but you will love the results!

This workout is also great for you abs!
