Leg Push

As most people will agree exercising is never one of their favorite things to do, I do thoroughly enjoy how it makes my body look and how it makes feel.

Socializing is one of my favorite activities though. I am a busy person though and getting to the gym is not always easy for me to.

Multi-tasking helps my day fly by and helps me get more things done.

This exercise is one of my favorite workouts to do at the gym or at home. It is quick and easy and if you have enough time to do it for 15 minutes a day five days a week you will be able to see results in no time!

It is a great way to workout and talk to a friend all at the same time.

How this exercise works is you lay with your back flat on the ground with your legs straight in the air.

This makes it an easy exercise to do at home, or anyone with flat ground! Your friend tries to push your legs down by pushing on the bottom of your feet, while you try to keep them straight up.

This one takes a bit of work but you will love the results!
