Most Enjoyable Leg Exercises

It is very difficult to have fun while doing leg exercises, so I devised something I call a super-super set so you can get in and out quickly.

First, warm up with some light bike riding for 10 minutes. Then do 15 squats with the bar (no matter how strong you are).

Then the fun begins. Do, in order without stopping, box jumps (jump up and down on a box), leg curls, sumo squats and then calf raises.

Do each one 10 times for four sets. Then get on the bike for 10 minutes to flush out the lactic acid.

You will definitely feel this one.
