Quick Warm Up

Prior to doing any workout you need to have a warm up period.

I lift weights routinely and find that stretching for about 10 minutes before I actually pick up the weights seems to help eliminate any post workout muscle tenderness.

Twice a week I also ride about 5 miles on the stationary bicycle, and find if I have a brisk walk before I ride that I able to ride longer and quicker and feel less fatigued when I finish.
