The Bowflex Is The Best On The Market

I have used a bowflex in my home for about a year now and love it!

I like the way it adjusts to my style, it is simple and easy to operate. I tried many other machines and free weights before I purchased the bowflex.

None of the other machines offered the intensity that the bowflex offers. Its cost was a little more than the average home work-out gym, but it is definitely worth it!

I started out weighing close to 280 pounds, most of it fat. After a year I have dropped about 60 of the pounds and am still going strong. With the machine and a good diet it is easy to get rid of the weight.

I haven’t had any problems with the machine as of yet, and the warranty that comes with it seems like it would fix anything that should go wrong.

I use different tensions and different workout routines regularly, not letting my body get too adapted to only one regimen.

My strength has definitely improved while my gut has gone away. During the first few weeks I woke up sore after using it, but that went away with use. Now I look forward to my workout with it.

I typically use the machine three times a week; this seems to keep me at my peak. I recommend this machine over any other one on the market.
