Toe Raises

Toe Raises are quick, easy, can be done anywhere, and really give your legs a workout.

Simply stand in the middle of a room and raise your heel off the floor, go back down, and repeat as fast as you can 100 or more times.

If your legs are well-toned, you may be able to do even more.

The point is to go until your calves feel like they are on fire (almost, anyway), then take a break before running another set.

This simple exercise will work your calves like nothing else.
