Yoga Mat and Tape
I am a serious runner having competed 13 marathons and multiple half-marathons.
I was injured last year and was out for almost 6 months. I was told by a friends to try yoga. I gave it a couple of tries and found that it wasn't for me at all.
I think with my running mentality it was too slow paced and not competitive enough, I ended up recovering and am back in the full swing of running.
Jeremy's Comments - Although this is a negative view on Yoga, I thank you for submitting it.
This just goes to show you that although yoga is an absolutely wonderful way to workout for SOME people, it's not everybody's cup of tea.
